USA Video Interactive Expands Marketing and Web Teams for StreamHQ™ Deployment

Mystic, Connecticut, April 26, 2001 - USA Video Interactive (OTCBB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) has hired Susan MacClain and Cliora Rosa to join the company's Marketing and Web teams to support the launch and deployment of USVO's StreamHQ™ suite of Internet streaming services.

Ms. MacClain has joined USVO as Creative Director, responsible for leading innovative concept creation and driving brand strategy for the company, clients, and prospects. In this position, she will help to set agendas for communication elements, and provide team leadership behind creative concepts. Ms. MacClain comes to the company from Sonalysts Studios Media Center, where she served as Art Director of Interactive Multimedia, working closely with clients to create innovative solutions and concepts of web-related media. Her background includes 12 years experience in the design industry and in teaching; she has received several industry design awards. Ms. MacClain has a B.F.A. degree in Graphic Design from The University of Connecticut, and an M.F.A. degree in Printmaking and Book Arts from The Philadelphia College of Art and Design.

Ms. Rosa has joined USVO as Web Developer, responsible for front-end web development, implementing web site layout and navigation. Ms. Rosa comes to the company from Sonalysts, where she programmed client-side interfaces in DHTML, JavaScript, CGI & Servlets. Ms. Rosa will be programming the redesign of USVO's web site and will work with customer sites related to StreamHQ™ deployment. She graduated from The University of Connecticut with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
