USA VIDEO INTERACTIVE AND MOTION INC. PARTNER TO PROVIDE FULL VIDEO CREATION AND PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES FOR INTERNET ADS, EDUCATION

MOTION CREATING VIDEO DEMO FOR USA VIDEO WEBSITE

MYSTIC, CONNECTICUT - USA Video Interactive and Motion, Inc., a leading full-service film and video production company, have signed an agreement to collaborate in producing and marketing original content for education, career development, corporate training, E-commerce and commercials for broadcast on the Internet. Additionally, USA Video Interactive will provide digital encoding and marketing services to Motion for its existing content, and Motion is producing the video to be featured in the full-motion demonstration for the USA Video Interactive website.

Their capabilities and facilities are 'movie studio' caliber," said Edwin Molina, President of USA Video Interactive. "We can now provide our clients with the whole package: servers, technology, and content, either off-the-shelf content or individually produced products at the very highest standards."

Motion, Inc. is an independent film and video production company founded in 1980. The partners and staff have more than 50 years of production experience and the company has extensive production and post-production facilities. Motion has produced numerous television programs and advertisements for commercial and PBS broadcast, corporate training and educational videos, and is producing a career development series for the Connecticut Business and Industry Association.

Motion, Inc. and USA Video Interactive have agreed to utilize each other's services on a project by project basis, with terms such as production and financing to be determined for each project.
