USA VIDEO INTERACTIVE AND UUNET SIGN AGREEMENT FOR FULL PACKAGE OF INTERNET VIDEO SERVICES TO CLIENTS

MYSTIC, CONNECTICUT - USA Video Interactive and UUNET , an MCI WorldCom Company, have agreed to collaborate in providing an overall package of Internet services as part of USA Video Interactive's "turnkey" system. USA Video Interactive will begin offering UUNET's Direct Subscriber Line (DSL) technology and various other high-speed lines to its clients whose Video-on-Demand™ requirements include Internet access and transmission.

The companies also have entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding that could lead to USA Video Interactive's establishing co-location space with the UUNET network. The companies will explore establishing USA Video Interactive as a "channel partner" of UUNET whereby USA Video Interactive would provide UUNET's customers with its patented Video-on-Demand services.
