Issues Initial Contract over Three Years for USA Video Email
March 21, 2000 - MYSTIC, CONNECTICUT -- XpatLIVE.com, a newly developed website that brings people news and information from their native countries, has selected USA Video Interactive (OTCBB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) as its exclusive supplier of streaming Internet video and video on demand, and the two companies have signed a three-year revenue-sharing contract. The contract is based on a 50%-50% revenue-sharing model for generated revenues received from the services and offerings listed below. In coming months, USA Video Interactive will provide XpatLIVE.com with a full array of video services including video Email with its USAV-mail™ product; video conferencing; video chat rooms; international real-time and archived audio and video broadcasts from countries around the world via satellite and Internet; and overall high-tech system integration services.
The contract provides a minimum of approximately one million dollars in revenues over three years to USA Video Interactive for its USAV-mail™ products and services. It also provides that XpatLIVE.com may market the USAV-mail™ product independently, with details to be negotiated separately.
