USA Video Interactive Receives Second Round of Comments from SEC

Preparation of Response Under Way

MAY 15, 2000, MYSTIC, CONNECTICUT -- USA Video Interactive (NQB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) has received comments from the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission in response to the Company's latest revision of its Form 10. USA Video Interactive has already begun preparing responses to the SEC letter and will submit these to the SEC on or before the deadline of May 26.

While this SEC review process continues, USA Video Interactive shares trade in the United States on the National Bureau of Quotations under the symbol USVO. Trading on the NBQ requires the services of a brokerage. The Company's shares continue trading in Canada on the Canadian Venture Exchange under the symbol US. Once the SEC review is complete and USA Video Interactive's Form 10 filing has been accepted, the company will apply for reinstatement on the OTC BB exchange in the United States.
